บรรลุผล คือการทำให้เป้าหมายหรืองานที่ตั้งไว้สำเร็จลุล่วง หรือได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ต้องการ การบรรลุผลนั้นมักจะต้องมีการวางแผน กำหนดเป้าหมาย และประเมินผลการดำเนินงานอย่างเหมาะสม

บางครั้งการบรรลุผลอาจไม่ได้แปลว่าการทำให้ทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์ แต่อาจหมายถึงการทำให้สิ่งที่สำคัญสำเร็จไปถึงขั้นตอนหนึ่ง  การบรรลุผลอาจต้องใช้ความพยายาม ความอดทน และความยืดหยุ่นในการปรับตัว

หนึ่งในเครื่องมือที่ช่วยให้การบรรลุผลได้ง่ายขึ้นคือการกำหนดเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์แบบ SMART ซึ่งย่อมาจาก Specific (เฉพาะเจาะจง) Measurable (วัดผลได้) Attainable (บรรลุผลได้) Relevant (เกี่ยวข้อง) และ Timely (มีกรอบเวลาชัดเจน) เป้าหมายแบบ SMART จะช่วยให้คุณมีความชัดเจน เข้าใจ เป็นไปได้ และสามารถติดตามได้

Achievements are the results or outcomes of one’s efforts, skills, or actions that are recognized or valued by oneself or others. Achievements can be personal, professional, academic, or social, and they can vary in their level of difficulty, importance, or impact. Achievements can also be expressed in different ways, such as awards, certificates, diplomas, degrees, titles, honors, medals, trophies, etc.

Some examples of achievements are:

• Graduating from high school or college with a high grade point average or honors
• Winning a scholarship, grant, or fellowship to pursue further education or research
• Landing a dream job or getting a promotion or raise at work
• Completing a project, task, or assignment successfully and on time
• Publishing a book, article, paper, or blog post
• Creating a product, service, or invention that solves a problem or meets a need
• Learning a new skill, language, or hobby
• Traveling to a new place or experiencing a new culture
• Volunteering for a cause or organization that makes a difference
• Overcoming a challenge, obstacle, or adversity
